“We want to remove some of the burdens New Yorkers feel, which is why we’re putting money back in their pockets with approperty tax refund of up to $150 for low-to-middle income homeowners“, said Adams.

“This is to provide direct relief to homeowners in New York who are struggling.”

Who is eligible for the $150 rebate?

  • Reside in New York.
  • Become the owner of a residence for one, two or three families or unite in a cooperative condo.
  • The property must be the principal residence of the owner.
  • Earn an annual income that does not exceed $250,000 in the 2020 tax year.
