Recently named Best City Hotel (UK&I) by Condé Nast Johansens, the five-star Ness Walk is nestled on the banks of the River Ness in Inverness city center.
Here you can experience redefined luxury and the ultimate in Highland hospitality.
Housed in the original 19th-century lounge, its Torrish Restaurant offers stunning views of the River Ness.
Led by the creative and artistic talent of Executive Chef Craig Douglas, Torrish offers an innovation-driven menu.
Each meal has its own unique personality and its quintessential Scottish cuisine offers unique flavors from around the world, culminating in an experience rich in texture, color and intrigue, all with an added touch.
In addition to a regular a la carte menu, a vegan version is also available.
On the current menu, you’ll find everything from duck and foie gras parfait, hand-dipped West Coast scallops, molasses-cured salmon, seared Hebridean salmon and Speyside braised beef.
Ness Walk’s vegan menu includes beetroot tartare, parsnip velouté, butternut squash risotto, and chickpea and zucchini mousse roulade to name a few.
One lucky reader can win a £ 100 voucher to spend at Torrish.
